Accident Summary:
Pilot picked the aircraft up to a hover in a revetment and started to back out his intention was to turn the tail to the right (nose left) a VNAF medivac UH-1H was parked 65 ft to the right rear of the revetment. The pilot did not hear the AC or the CE tell him to move left and the tail rotor blades struck a tail rotor blade of the other aircraft. The tail rotor did not fail and no vibrations were felt. The pilot landed with no further damage. maintenance personnel replaced the tail rotor and the aircraft was released for flight.\\
