Easton's Uncle Ray Grodecki was honored at the Maryland GOP Spring Convention in Ocean City, MD on April 23rd, 2015 by being given the 2014 Charles Carroll Award for Outstanding Maryland Republican Man, an award given to the Republican man of the year.
